Tracy has held a Real Estate license since 1983 and has over 24 years of sales and marketing experience with an emphasis on marketing troubleshooting. This has proven to be the key to her overwhelming success as a real estate professional. She is happily married to Andy, who is a Network Administrator for EDS . Together they have raised two beautiful daughters, Alicia, 21 and Sarah, 17, both of whom they are extremely proud of. They are also very blessed to have a daughter, Mariam Mohseny, who resides in Germany with her biological family, but lived with the Snyder family for one year as an exchange student attending East Lansing High School . Mariam is and always will be considered a daughter and a sister in the eyes of her American family. Last, but certainly not least, the final “Snyder” is the family's beloved 3 year old yellow Labrador “Buttercup.” In her spare time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, church activities, camping, traveling, shopping (especially for bargains), and getting involved in various classes and activities with Buttercup.

Aaron has been a licensed real estate broker since 1979 with emphasis on both commercial leasing and selling and residential sales. Graduate of Wayne State University BS, MA in education, taught English and Social Sciences in Detroit, Michigan, taught English as a second language at the University of Athens in Athens, Greece until 1968, at which time he returned to East Lansing. He then opened a retail floor covering business, Carpet Fair, following: Carpets Unlimited, Cut Label and National Clothing Exchange. Specialized in liquidation of all types of retail, manufacturing and real estate entities. Married to Antonia, they have three grown children, Karla, Stephan and Nicole.
